Making a purchase

Making a purchase with Apple A Day Direct could not be easier!

Just browse our products and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. When you are ready, click 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Paypal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information securely via this web site or you can give us a call on:

Polite notice to PayPal customers - we are able to dispatch goods as soon as we receive the PayPal notification. We only accept paypal payments from verified or confirmed paypal users. Please note that for eCheques the transaction will be held as pending for 7-9 working days, until the electronic fund transfer has cleared.

Bank Transfer (BACS) - We accept bank transfer payments from UK and international banks, all bank charges will be charged to the sender. If you wish to pay by this method please email us on sales@appleadaydirect.co.uk with the products you wish to order and the best number for us to call you back on. All goods will be dispatched once the funds have cleared.

Cheque/Postal Order - We accept cheques and postal orders. Please send us a letter with your order details, including product and price, your name, address and telephone number to;

Please remember: when sending a cheque to our office please clearly write and include your name, address, telephone number and confirmation of what you are ordering. As long as we have your correct telephone number we can at least call you if we have any queries.

When confirmation of order is received by email or online at the end of the checkout process, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.

We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Please note we currently only take online orders for shipment to the UK Mainland. If you require other parts of the UK Islands and Highlands or Europe, please email us with your contact details at sales@appleadaydirect.co.uk and we will call you straight back and arrange how we can supply you with our products.

All orders are priced and all transactions are made in £ (GBP). If you wish to pay in € (EU), then you will be given an option during the checkout process to switch from £ to €. Our rate will reflect the current exchange rate provided by Paypal at the time of transaction.

Shipping And Handling
Postage & Packing charges vary and are calculated for each order during the checkout process and will be shown before you make your payment. For shipments to be made outside the UK and mainland Europe you need to contact us at sales@appleadaydirect.co.uk.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch your order to you in 7-10 working days provided that no additional security checks are required and all stock items are available. (A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other public holidays.)

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and keep you informed at all times.


Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
